Deborah Verdile

With over 30 years experience in various property management capacities, Ms. Verdile serves as Senior Regional Manager for 10 assisted housing communities throughout Upstate New York.  She is responsible for the physical and fiscal integrity of each of her assigned properties, provides supervision and support to her site staffs and coordinates major repairs. Further, she oversees the entire affordable portfolio by providing support and oversight to Regional Managers, and acts as a “back-up” tax credit specialist in the absence of the individual responsible for these duties on a daily basis.  She also assists the President of BRED or the VP of Development with special projects, as required.
