Denise Weaver

Denise Weaver joined the Baldwin team in October of 2008. She has over 30 years of experience in various property management capacities. Mrs. Weaver serves as Vice President of Market Rate Housing for our communities throughout Upstate New York. She is responsible for recruitment, training, development and supervision of property managers, property performance, and scrutinizing revenues from the portfolio and analyzing costs. Her experience includes Tax Credit, HUD Programs, Section 8 and 236, Self Storage Facility, Commercial Space and Market Rate Properties.
Denise's qualifications include:
- QUADEL certification as a Certified Housing Manager
- LIHTC, Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS)
- Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and has successfully completed the 101, 301, 400 IREM courses.
