Erin brings 12 years of prior real estate accounting experience to her role at Baldwin. In her previous position, she oversaw daily accounting operations and annual audits for over 150 affordable housing properties. Erin has worked with many state and federal agencies including USDA Rural Development, HFA/HCR, HUD, NJHMFA and MDDHCD, and is accustomed to collaborating with investors and non-profits.
At Baldwin, Erin handles finance and accounting aspects of our affordable portfolio. Her responsibilities include annual audits, subsidy requests, and financial review and reporting.
