Gregg Firster
With over 30 years of real estate management and development experience, Gregg is responsible for implementing all departmental operations, driving the company's strategic policies, and identifying business opportunities to maximize the company's current and future performance, increase revenues, and achieve the business' profitability projections. He provides leadership and support to staff to achieve long-term goals and objectives.
Gregg is also responsible for oversight of affordable housing development including preparing and submitting proposals and applications to secure financing for new construction and rehabilitation of affordable housing projects. He interfaces with government officials and review RFPs and NOFAs scoring objectives and mission outcomes. Additionally, Gregg negotiates with lenders and investors to craft financial proforma structure that is feasible and sustainable throughout the regulatory period of each project.
