John L. DiMarco II

John DiMarco II is the President and Chief Operating Officer of the DiMarco Group as well as DiMarco Constructors. He received a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from Union College and is EIT certified.

Throughout his career John has completed a wide variety of renovation and new construction projects for mixed-use, multi-residential, and commercial properties.

John’s educational background and more than 20 years of hands-on experience within the industry provides him with a complete knowledge of all aspects of the real estate development business including site design, development, construction and management.

By means of strong leadership, communication, problem solving, initiative, and team work skills, John is able to exceed expectations and maintain excellent relationships with clients and members of his own team.

Established in 1910, the family owned business began simply as a general contractor. Four generations later, John and his brother Joel have played a major role in the expansion of the company aiding in its growth to encompass so much more than their great grandfather could have ever imagined. Today, DiMarco Group has grown immensely to include DiMarco Constructors, Baldwin Real Estate, Admar Supply, and J. DiMarco builders.
