Kathy Miller

Ms. Miller performs the duties of Property Administrator for all the Baldwin managed residential and commercial properties. She manages the company insurance program to include the coverage’s for property, liability, auto, fidelity and Directors & Officers. Annually, she reviews real estate tax assessments to insure fair and equitable levels for all managed properties. This involves coordinating meetings with assessors, Board of Assessment Reviews, filing grievance forms and appeals submissions. In addition, she assists the Vice President of Affordable Housing Development with the completion of any tax credit funding applications, follow-up correspondence and checklist items for the development of new affordable residential communities.
