Nicole brings more than 20 years of real estate experience, primarily focused on property management, to her role at Baldwin. At Baldwin, Nicole manages eight communities throughout New York State. She’s responsible for USDA Rural Development and Low Income Housing Tax Credit properties and leads a team of property managers and maintenance staff at each location.
