Shelly Murphy

Ms. Murphy has been in affordable housing for 20+ years and joined the team 16 years ago. She began her career as a community manager and now serves as Senior Regional Manager for 12 affordable housing communities throughout Central New York. She is responsible for overseeing the management of each of her properties. Her communities include those financed by USDA Rural Development, HUD and Low Income Housing Tax Credit. Further, she is the Director of Compliance ensuring that all residents are LIHTC qualified before move in at any of our tax credit properties, she assists with rent ups of new communities and supports staff with compliance inquiries. She also assists as our Software Administrator, ensuring document compliance, and assisting managers with software problems and questions.
