William Durdel, Jr.

Mr. Durdel joined the team in 2014, and is responsible for 12 USDA Rural Development financed housing communities, many blended with tax credits, throughout upstate New York.  He works closely with the President of BREC and the VP of Affordable Housing, to provide oversight and support to site staff, resulting in sound physical and fiscal communities. Mr. Durdel coordinates major repairs and further acts as our maintenance coordinator, procuring preferred pricing with various vendors, and/or for certain products.
